Dana Arnold: a Very Short Introductions “Speed-Dating” Evening

Tuesday 1st December 19:00 - 20:30 at Waterstones London - Piccadilly

Bewildered by Banking? Confused about Confucianism? Oxford’s Very Short Introductions are here to help. Come and pick the brains of our authors who can help you get to grips with topics as diverse as Classics and Chaos, Sikhism and Shakespeare. In small groups you’ll get the chance to meet with leading experts and ask them the questions you’ve always wanted answers to.

And this evening, we are thrilled to welcome: Dana Arnold (Art History); Uta Frith (Austism); Stephen Smith (Taxation/Environmental Economics); Stanley Wells (Shakespeare); Robert Eaglestone (Contemporary Fiction); Klaus Dodds (Geopolitics/The Antarctic); Miri Rubin (The Middle Ages) and Daniel Pick (Psychoanalysis).

Come join them and fill in the gaps in your knowledge!

This event is free but numbers are limited, please reserve your place by email: piccadilly@waterstones.com
